FAQ
Everybody need help sometimes.
- When subscribing to our TradingView script, enter your TradingView ID (you will see it in the menu above "Home" on TradingView)
- From your Trading Tech Innovation profile, you can modify the ID in case of error or change of TradingView account
- Click on the TradingView Script button from your Trading Tech Innovation profile, you will be redirected to the private TradingView strategy link
- Add the TradingView script to your favorites and add it to the chart
- In the strategy settings, please select the predefined symbol Note: Don't forget to choose the pair, source, and timeframe corresponding to the predefined entry (example: TUSD/USDT Binance 1 minute) The predefined settings can be found on the Links from your TTI account (you will see the pair name, source, and timeframe) You can launch the strategy multiple times on different stablecoins
- Once on the chart, open the strategy settings to configure alerts: - Long entry: Configure alerts to open Long positions - Long exit: Configure alerts to close Long positions - Short entry: Configure alerts to open Short positions - Short exit: Configure alerts to close Short positions Please refer to the "info" tooltip to analyze the different placeholder variables It is recommended to create separate alerts for Long and Short actions You can enable or disable Long or Short (according to your preferences)
- Our script is pre-configured for optimal returns, but you can adjust the settings to maximize your performance
- - Backtest Date Range: This parameter allows you to view results over specific periods. It is very useful and, in some cases, necessary when using the "Equity" or Compound mode. If you use Equity mode, it will add gains to each new stake. However, when you run the strategy live with your capital, you will need to reset the stakes to the initial capital to avoid starting with too much capital. It is strongly recommended to test Equity mode with a small Initial Capital (to verify the stake of the first live trade) To do this, when creating the TradingView alert, from the strategy settings, please check "Use Start" and set the "Start Date" to the current date before creating the alert (after you have made all your settings on Finandy with the tutorial below) - Metaconnector: Allows you to link TradingView alerts with your broker on MetaTrader (if you want to use this feature, please refer to the Metaconnector tutorials) - Broker Quantity Coef: Allows you to add a coefficient based on your broker's specifications (if you use Metaconnector). TradingView contracts may be different from your broker's contracts, so the coefficient allows you to divide the quantity (number of lots) to be sent when an alert is created
- - Buy Parameters (Long) - Source: Defines the value to identify for opening a position (at the end of the timeframe). By default, it is set to "Close" (it is recommended to leave it on "Close") - Skip First Step: Allows skipping the first step of the levels (in the case of settings in 0.0001 step to buy, this function is useful because it involves micro-transactions with frequent fluctuations within a minute, making it more challenging to execute a 0.0001 order) - Only one entry by step: Allows buying only once per level; the purchase will be reactivated at this level once the limit sell order is executed - Alt mode: Is an alternative mode of the pyramiding system (you can disable this mode to have fewer positions) - Use min FC (force close): Closes all positions if a level threshold (price) is reached (function not recommended; it is only useful if a stablecoin depegs; beware of manipulations that may occur in a minute, which is why we recommend not activating the function) - Strict comparison: Adds a strict mode to the price chart. The strict mode analyzes the price and is useful for precision in sending the alert with the limit order but will reduce the number of positions taken. This is why we recommend setting it to "Strict Past or Now" or "No Strict" with our default settings - Sell price: Maximum price to sell the stablecoin (first level) - Minimum to buy: Minimum price to buy the stablecoin (last level). Below this price, the algorithm will not buy anymore - Minimum to FC: Trigger price for the force close of all positions. To make this function work, you need to activate the "Use min FC" mode - Step to Entry: Defines the levels to buy the stablecoin (example: 0.0002 = every time the price decreases by 0.0002, a limit buy order is sent) - Step to Exit: Defines the levels to sell the stablecoin (example: 0.0004 = every time the price increases by 0.0004, the limit sell order is executed) - Quantity Mode: Defines your investment mode: Fixed (takes only the value of "Quantity to buy" for each trade) or Equity (please note that this option takes the value of "Initial Capital" in "Properties" and accumulates the investment per trade with the generated gains) - Quantity to buy: Defines the quantity to buy per level (except for Equity mode) - Sell mode: Defines the purchase mode. Please leave this field as "Market" because purchase modes are done directly on Finandy
- - Sell Parameters (Short) - Source: Defines the value to identify for opening a position (at the end of the timeframe). By default, it is set to "Close" (it is recommended to leave it on "Close") - Skip First Step: Allows skipping the first step of the levels (in the case of settings in 0.0001 step to sell, this function is useful because it involves micro-transactions with frequent fluct uations within a minute, making it more challenging to execute a 0.0001 order) - Only one entry by step: Allows selling only once per level; the sale will be reactivated at this level once the limit buy order is executed (example: sale at 1.0014 USDT and purchase at 1 USDT) - Alt mode: Is an alternative mode of the pyramiding system (you can disable this mode to have fewer positions) - Use max FC (force close): Closes all positions if a level threshold (price) is reached (function not recommended; it is only useful if a stablecoin depegs; beware of manipulations that may occur in a minute, which is why we recommend not activating the function) - Strict comparison: Adds a strict mode to the price chart. The strict mode analyzes the price and is useful for precision in sending the alert with the limit order but will reduce the number of positions taken. This is why we recommend setting it to "Strict Past or Now" or "No Strict" with our default settings - Maximum to FC: Trigger price for the force close of all positions. To make this function work, you need to activate the "Use max FC" mode - Maximum to sell: Maximum price to sell the stablecoin (last level). Above this price, the algorithm will not sell anymore - Buy price: Starting price to begin selling the stablecoin according to the levels (first level) - Step to Entry: Defines the levels to sell the stablecoin (example: 0.0004 = every time the price increases by 0.0004, the limit sell order is executed (1.0004 then 1.0008, etc.) - Step to Exit: Defines the levels to buy the stablecoin (In the short example, it is recommended to set a high number so that it repurchases at $1 or the Buy price; you can set it to 1000 so that the buy order is automatically triggered at the buy price by default) - Quantity Mode: Defines your investment mode: Fixed (takes only the value of "Quantity to sell" for each trade) or Equity (please note that this option takes the value of "Initial Capital" in "Properties" and accumulates the investment per trade with the generated gains) - Quantity to sell: Defines the quantity to sell per level (except for Equity mode) - Sell mode: Defines the purchase mode. Please leave this field as "Market" because purchase modes are done directly on Finandy
- Set up the "StableCoin Placement" strategy live in less than 10 minutes
- Create an account on Finandy, then follow the screens below (attached) Note: The volume is calculated with leverage = you need to put the total volume: for example, $10,000 in the volume with a leverage of 10 = actual stake of $1000
- Link your Binance account: Spot only to Finandy using the API: https://docs.finandy.com/exchange/binance/api-key
- Once your Binance account is connected: Click on the "Signals" tab Please make sure there is the Binance logo at the top left and that you are in "SPOT" mode: your balance should appear Make sure you have the stablecoins you want to trade in your wallet
- Click on the "+" icon on the left side of the screen, then adjust the left part concerning Tickers, etc. (Please refer to the example in the image but change the symbol according to the symbol you are trading with our script (To check the symbol name, please look at the Pair name on Finandy: for example, TUSDUSDT)
- In the "Open" tab, please set up as follows: - Enable: True - Single order - Real - Strategy amount (will take the quantity you have set in the TradingView strategy) - Order type: Limit - Price: True + add the following text on the right: #buyPrice# - Position side: Strategy
- Optional: If you enable pyramiding mode: In the "DCA" tab, please set up as follows: - Enable: True - Single order - Real - Strategy amount (will take the quantity you have set in the TradingView strategy) - Order type: Limit - Price: True + add the following text on the right: #buyPrice# - Uncheck: Averaging with opened CA: False
- In the "TP" tab, please set up as follows: - Enable: True - Order Type: True + Limit - Number of orders: True + 1 - Price: True + Price - Add below the following text: #tpPrice# + 100 - Rearrangement: Enable
- Once everything is set, don't forget to save the configuration on Finandy with the "save" button, and don't forget to activate your Signal on Finandy
- Please note that in this example, we separate Longs from Shorts = we create a Signal for Longs and another for Shorts
- Copy the code and save your Finandy Signal
- Paste the code into the TradingView script in the "Long entry" field only (If you are obviously setting up a Long strategy, if it is a Short, then paste the code into the "Short entry" field)
- Go back to Finandy and copy the Webhook address of the Signal
- On Tradingview: Create a new Alert, Add the message "{{strategy.order.alert_message}}", Put a Name
- Select the Script, go to "Notification", Check WebHook URL, then paste the Webhook address of the Finandy Signal
- Press "Create" and you're done
- - To increase your profitability You can increase the "Pyramiding" mode in "Properties" between 10 and 20 orders (this will open more positions simultaneously); you will find these settings in the strategy settings The "short" function requires capital in both pairs: To simplify the settings, you can set up Longs only but on inverted pairs: Check if you have an inverted pair without fees on Binance or Bybit Example: Long: USDC/USDT and Long USDT/USDC Note that you need to create two separate alerts in both cases (whether for Longs or Shorts)
- - If you use multis Stablecoin in Buy and Sell It is recommended to hold equal numbers of stablecoins (for example: 1000 USDT + 1000 USDC + 1000 TUSD) Important for buying stablecoins before launching the script (or updating your balance), buy them when the price is equivalent (example: 1 USDT = 1 TUSD or 1 USDC) The "Use Compound" functionality reinvests gains on each new buy or sell order Please check before running the strategy live that the pair is not subject to any trading fees (0 fees). It is recommended to check on different exchanges because in some cases, new pairs are fee-free (for example: USDC/USDT 0 fees on Binance and USDT/USDC 0 fees on Bybit)
- Activate the Metaconnector checkbox
- Enter your license code number
- Enter the symbol exactly as it is written on your Metatrader broker (example: XAUUSD)
- Add a Spread offset to your TP or SL: This allows you to add a % to your Take Profit or Stop Loss when opening a position. This option is optional but useful because prices can vary by broker (recommendations: 0.1% for Commodities & Indices; 0.2% for cryptocurrencies on SL)
- Info: If you want to have more margin based on your broker's spread, set higher percentages in the Spread Decal TP / Spread Decal SL tab for opening and closing management only with alerts (this helps avoid significant disparities between a TradingView chart and the TP and SL set in Metatrader)
- If You Want to Optimize Your Own Strategy with Our Algos - To optimize a strategy, it's essential to consider some key information - Avoid Overfitting = You shouldn't achieve good results over a global period by applying filters - To avoid overfitting: Use our Chrome Extension Optimizer and utilize the HeatMap option - Then, break down your optimizations by year using the "Backtest Date Range" with the same variations of values in the inputs - Example: First Optimization 2020, Second Optimization 2021, etc. - Begin by optimizing only the setting fields of the selected "Entry Mode" - The HeatMap option allows you to compare two input fields and see the values that yield the best results (this can be based on Profit Factor, Sharpe Ratio, etc.) - We recommend analyzing the Profit Factor first - Once optimizations are done for different periods, you should look at the inputs that give the best results across all the different periods - Then you can do the same with an activated filter and optimize your best settings one filter at a time per year (and only vary the filter values, not the entry mode) - Please be cautious with each filter application, if possible, backtest your new results
- - No Data If you enable the trailing stop, you must set the percentage level of the gap for your trailing stop when the price hits the Take Profit Please switch between different Timeframes and back to the one specified in the strategy and wait for loading Repeat the operation until you see the strategy
- - If you don't have the same results ? Please check the information you have when selecting the strategy: - Symbol (example: USDT.P, XAUUSD, etc.) - The source (Binance, Oanda, etc.) - Timeframe (1 hour, 30 minutes, etc.) Please note that over time the results may vary
