- - Entry Mode Allows you to select entry conditions > No condition: Will not use any filters > Individual Filter: Can only enter a position if one of the filters allows it > Combo Filter: Can only enter a position if at least two filters allow it (if you check filters, then all of them must allow it, and so on) You can activate or deactivate them, as well as change filter values using dedicated inputs to refine your results Backtest Date Range: This parameter enables you to view results over specific periods It's highly useful, even mandatory, when using the "Equity" mode If you're using an Equity-based quantity mode, it will add the previous gains' amount to each new bet, in addition to your initial stake However, when you launch the strategy live with your capital, you'll need to reset the stakes to the starting capital (to avoid beginning with overly large sums) It's strongly advised to test the Equity mode with a small Initial Capital (to verify the initial trade's stake when taken live) To do this, when creating the TradingView alert: From the strategy settings, please check "Use Start" and set the "StartDate" to the day's date before creating the alert (once you've made all your adjustments on Finandy with the tutorial below)
- - Quantity Quantity mode Allows you to choose between > Equity: This takes the starting value of your Initial Capital in the Properties and adds gains from each new trade If you're launching the Equity mode live, set the "backtest date range" to the launch day's date before creating the alert > Fixed: This mode uses a fixed amount for each new opened trade - Quantity type You can choose between > Amount: Represents an amount to invest in $ > Contract: Represents a quantity to invest in contracts (or lots) - Amount Quantity to buy Defines the quantity to invest in $ (e.g.: $1000) Contract Quantity to buy: Defines the quantity to invest in the number of contracts (e.g.: 2 BTC) Divide Quantity by new open trade at the same time This option divides investments by each new trade opening when a trade is already active > For Equity mode, this option won't invest the entire Equity (or Initial Capital) with each trade but can go up to the maximum investment amount if multiple trades are open > For Fixed mode, this option divides your fixed amount (Amount or Contract) by the number of open trades (e.g.: if $1200 investment and 3 open trades, $400 per trade) Disabling this option will use the total value of your Equity or Fixed for each new trade (even if there are already one or more open trades) Ensure you have sufficient funds to open multiple trades simultaneously Divide Quantity by Close This function is an alternative to the first feature and is calculated differently You can choose either: > None (leave both options unchecked) > Divide Quantity by new open trade at the same time > Divide Quantity by Close Note: You can't activate both options simultaneously
- - Divide Volume to match Broker ratio Lets you apply a ratio to the final quantity, which will be divided and sent to the broker with Metaconnector or the exchange Broker Quantity Coef: Similar to other strategies, this mode divides the amount sent when creating an alert It's useful when using Metaconnector with Brokers that have different specifications for the number of TradingView lots (e.g., for XAU: on TradingView, 1 contract = 1 lot, but on your Broker, 1 contract = 100 lots, so you would put 100 in the Broker Quantity Coef)
- - Coef SL Adds a variable StopLoss coefficient You can vary the StopLoss from a ratio of 1 to 100 Use Coef SL as a direct SL value for all: Adds a fixed StopLoss that will be the same for all positions You can vary the StopLoss from a ratio of 1 to 100 Adding a StopLoss might reduce your NetProfit but will add long-term security To maintain a dynamic StopLoss, leave the value at 0

- Depends on options you have : - Boost your results and reduce your risks (Dynamic) - Utilize the "Pyramid" category and adjust the fields : "Pyramiding," "Starter," and "Coef" - Adjust the Sensibility of the Dynamic - Activate and Adjust filter values - Vary the Sources in the Filters (Open, Close, etc.) - Use Multi TimeFrames filters - Activate the various "Force Close" options in the filters - Enable "Use safe mode" - Employ the Wait function (set the number of wait bars) - Utilize Individual Mode by checking one filter at a time for testing - Enable the option: "Prevent open if previous bar was blocked" (adjust the "Decal") - Activate Only Longs or Only Shorts or both
- If You Want to Optimize Your Own Strategy with Our Algos - To optimize a strategy, it's essential to consider some key information - Avoid Overfitting = You shouldn't achieve good results over a global period by applying filters - To avoid overfitting: Use our Chrome Extension Optimizer and utilize the HeatMap option - Then, break down your optimizations by year using the "Backtest Date Range" with the same variations of values in the inputs - Example: First Optimization 2020, Second Optimization 2021, etc. - Begin by optimizing only the setting fields of the selected "Entry Mode" - The HeatMap option allows you to compare two input fields and see the values that yield the best results (this can be based on Profit Factor, Sharpe Ratio, etc.) - We recommend analyzing the Profit Factor first - Once optimizations are done for different periods, you should look at the inputs that give the best results across all the different periods - Then you can do the same with an activated filter and optimize your best settings one filter at a time per year (and only vary the filter values, not the entry mode) - Please be cautious with each filter application, if possible, backtest your new results
- - No Data If you enable the trailing stop, you must set the percentage level of the gap for your trailing stop when the price hits the Take Profit Please switch between different Timeframes and back to the one specified in the strategy and wait for loading Repeat the operation until you see the strategy
- - If you don't have the same results ? Please check the information you have when selecting the strategy: - Symbol (example: USDT.P, XAUUSD, etc.) - The source (Binance, Oanda, etc.) - Timeframe (1 hour, 30 minutes, etc.) Please note that over time the results may vary
